The Al.Ma estate was formerly known as the “Bishop’s House”, probably as the residence chosen by the bishops of Amalfi to spend their holidays.
Its glorious past is the most real testimony of how special our accommodation is. Tenuta dell’Al.Ma was born a new life in 2023, while always remaining anchored to its roots. Acquired by Aldo and Margherita in the past years, with the desire to enjoy all the beauty of this enchanted place, today it proposes to let all its charm be experienced by the guests it welcomes in its own style. Al.Ma, acronym of the names of its owners, through their family continues to transmit to those who enjoy it the true soul (alma) of Amalfi, the bucolic, enchanted, authentic one.
Renovated by combining modernity and inherent natural charm, we open our doors to tourists from all over the world as an oasis of peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The fortunate position in Pogerola, a hamlet of Amalfi which most of all manages to convey the tranquility of an uncontaminated place immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, favors a relaxing holiday immersed in nature but at the same time an adventure for lovers of trekking and hiking.
